The hotel had spacious rooms with a huge balcony, close to many nice bars and clubs. The service was very helpful and accommodating, with polite staff offering great advice. The location was perfect for attending a conference and exploring local cafes, with easy access to transportation. The dining experience was excellent, especially the traditional shabu-shabu. The facilities were top-notch, offering a range of services to make the stay convenient and enjoyable.

The hotel is located perfectly one street back from the waterfront, making it convenient but quieter. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a family of four, and the staff is extremely friendly and responsive. The dining options, while good, could have a bit more variety. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable, offering a great value for the money.

My stay at The Quest Apartments Newcastle was a bit of a mixed bag. The room had a not-so-great smell, likely from the laundry, but I did enjoy the tram ride around Newcastle. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good night's sleep.
